Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and accountable team member with excellent communication skills to serve as an Account Manager for our brand partners and game developer clients.

Account Managers at AMG are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a campaign or project, from start to finish. Account Managers act as AMG’s primary point of contact for its key client relationships. In addition to facilitating regular and prompt communications, Account Managers are accountable for the timely delivery of products, services, and proposals by working closely with the appropriate internal parties at AMG. As an Account Manager, you will also ensure all tracking and reporting tools are built and utilized throughout the campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, acting as a liaison between AMG and the client.
  • Ensure that clients feel confident at all times that AMG will meet and exceed their expectations for any project, at any stage.
  • Ensure all documents, trackers, and reports are created in a timely manner, to the satisfaction of the client and AMG.
  • Effectively communicate client expectations, deadlines, and all project details to the appropriate AMG team members internally.
  • Provide oversight and collect regular status reports on projects and their progress in order to communicate with AMG leadership, and with the client
  • Accountable for the on-time and on-budget delivery of AMG deliverables
  • Maintain a strong grasp of AMG vision, company direction, and core product offerings, with ability to steer client communications towards projects and initiatives that align with AMG core competencies, or key initiatives.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with a project.
  • Have a professional presence in meetings.  Be prepared with answers to questions from previous meetings or in relation to the agenda.
  • Look for opportunities for AMG to further their relationship with the client through additional products, services or influencers. Consult with partnerships and leadership as necessary when preparing campaign concepts.

  • Experience in project management, effective in planning & scheduling
  • Experience in account management or client services
  • Professional presence in meetings
  • Self-motivated and accountable, with strong time management skills
  • Ability to solve problems relating to time management or short-staffing
